Processing takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the selected method:
- USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized orders and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
